Over the reporting period, allegations of violations, violations, and abuses of civil and political rights were recorded as follows: at least 37 people were killed, including 20 corpses found, 14 victims of SGBV, 6 abducted and/or reported missing, 4 tortured, and 15 arbitrarily arrested.
