The lifeless body of the Minister of Communication, Gabby Bugaga, found: A new case illustrating a carefully thought- out mode of extrajudicial execution which adds to the 2248 cases already documented by the Iteka League.

Since President Evariste Ndayishimiye came to power in june 2020, the Iteka League has regularly sounded the alarm about a phenomenon of lifeless bodies being found as a carefully thought-out operating procedure. This observation is based on the way, throughout the territory, the hasty burial of these bodies takes place in the same manner, with the facilitation of the local administration, the Imbonerakure of the CNDD-FDD party, and the police, without any investigation being carried out to determine the motives for the murder, the identity of the victim, and the perpetrators of the crime in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure.
