Our approach is driven by a matter of principle and prevention following some recently reported statements and guidelines regarding the participation of foreign nationals in some economic activities in Kenya. The ITEKA League fully recognizes the sovereign right of any state to define its economic policies, regulate access to some professional and business activities, and take the measures it deems necessary to protect the interests of its citizens.
