Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9nonciations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, le gouvernement semble indiff\u00e9rent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des appels \u00e0 rendre des comptes et \u00e0 mener des enqu\u00eates s\u00e9rieuses sur ces abus. Selon les donn\u00e9es compil\u00e9es par la Ligue Iteka durant cette p\u00e9riode, 50 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es, comprenant 38 hommes et 12 femmes.
