Malgr\u00e9 la tenue des \u00e9lections de mai 2020 et la mise en place des institutions qui en sont issues, des violations diverses des droits de l\u2019homme sont toujours relev\u00e9es au Burundi notamment des ex\u00e9cutions extrajudiciaires, des assassinats cibl\u00e9s, des disparitions forc\u00e9es, des actes de torture et des violences sexuelles ainsi que des arrestations et d\u00e9tentions arbitraires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es.
